Everton appear to have completed a deal for Henry Onyekuru.

Everton’s deal to sign Henry Onyekuru appears complete, and the photo above proves it.

Belgian journalist David Liz, who is based in Eupen, posted the picture on Twitter of Onyekuru posing with Everton’s club badge.

The Toffees have struck a deal to sign Onyekuru, The Mail reported earlier, which will see them loan him to Anderlecht for the season.

Everton have not yet announced the deal formally but the picture above suggests this could be imminent.

Onyekuru has been one of Europe’s most coveted players this transfer window, with the Toffees beating competition from Arsenal, West Ham, Newcastle and Southampton to win the race for his signature.

Doubts had existed over whether the Nigerian would earn a work permit, and the loan move back to Belgium means that won’t be a concern this season.

Onyekuru scored 22 goals last season to finish as the second highest scorer in Belgium.
