Nuno Espirito Santo put his Tottenham Hotspur troops through their paces at the club’s training ground this morning.
A lot of Spurs’ big names are absent due to international duty right now, but some major players were spotted at Hotspur Way nonetheless.
The likes of Eric Dier, Dele Alli and Tanguy Ndombele were all part of Nuno’s latest session.
With a number of players missing, the Portuguese included some younger players in training – and one of them, 20-year-old Dilan Markanday, wound up on the floor after a physical battle with Dier.

Ndombele seen
A certain Ndombele was also included, as mentioned.
The France interational, who is completely out of the picture for club and country right now, hasn’t kicked a ball for Tottenham yet this season.
He was linked with a move away from North London quite a bit during the summer and The Standard claimed on Thursday that the club were even ‘optimistic’ of offloading him before Tuesday’s deadline.
It’ll be interesting to see if Ndombele – who is causing Nuno’s patience to ‘wear thin’ according to the same report – can now work his way back into contention.
Here’s some snaps of the former Lyon midfielder today:

The Portuguese’s side have won all three Premier League games this season – the only team to do so – and things are looking very encouraging, it has to be said.
Nuno’s troops continue their excellent start to the season with a trip to Crystal Palace in eight days.
