Celtic lost manager Brendan Rodgers to Leicester City on Tuesday.

Celtic are in action for the first time since Brendan Rodgers’ exit, taking on Hearts at Tynecastle this evening.
The Bhoys saw Rodgers walk out on Tuesday evening after a frantic few hours, in which he made a move down to England with Leicester City.
Despite chasing a third straight title and third straight domestic treble, Rodgers decided that his job at Celtic was done, and returns to the Premier League.
Neil Lennon has been installed as his replacement on an interim basis, and he took charge of Celtic for the first time since 2014 with tonight’s trip to Hearts.
Celtic fans are understandably furious about Rodgers’ defection, even if they are seemingly happy that a true Celtic man in Lennon is back in the hot seat.

Rodgers long claimed that he was in his dream job as a boyhood Celtic fan, so leaving so easily to go to a mid-table Premier League club has left a sour taste.
Tonight, Celtic fans unfurled a banner, as seen below thanks to Football Scotland, that read ‘‘You traded immortality for mediocrity, never a Celt. Always a fraud’, summing up the hostility Bhoys fans now have for their former manager.
