Rangers are close to signing Declan John from Cardiff City.

It has been a busy summer transfer window for Rangers FC, who have gone through a massive rebuilding work under Pedro Caixinha.
The Portuguese has made ten signings already, and he is close to making his eleventh signing with Cardiff City defender Declan John set to arrive on loan.
The Daily Record has posted a picture of John arriving at Rangers’ training base ahead of his season-long loan move.
The 22-year-old Wales international is yet to play for Cardiff this season and manager Neil Warnock is looking to some players from his Championship squad.

John has made 42 appearances in five years at Cardiff, after breaking through from the youth ranks, and he would add depth and quality to the Rangers squad.
Rangers are heavily relied on skipper Lee Wallace in the left-back role, so his addition is a welcome boost.
The left-back made his international debut against Macedonia in 2013, and has made two Wales appearances till date.
