Ciaran Clark remains involved at Newcastle United, despite being frozen out of the senior squad.
Eddie Howe brought his resurgent squad to Dubai for a warm weather training camp during the international break.
And the Republic of Ireland international, who hasn’t played for Newcastle since before their visit to Saudi Arabia in January, was spotted included in the session.
Here’s a couple of photographs of Clark during the visit.

Like Clark, Federico Fernandez hasn’t played a lot of football under Howe at Newcastle either.
But in the former Napoli defender’s case, it’s been related to injury.
Fernandez, signed by former Magpies manager Rafael Benitez, hasn’t kicked a ball for United in the Premier League this calendar year.
But the towering defender was spotted doing some running drills alongside Allan Saint-Maximin, who has also struggled with his fitness in recent weeks.

The last time Newcastle returned from a warm weather camp, their form improved dramatically.
Howe’s outfit won five out of six Premier League outings – drawing the other – and if this visit yields similar on-field results then who knows, the Magpies, who are five points off 10th, could storm to a top-half finish.
