Highly-rated Arsenal prospect Miguel Azeez has been spotted boarding a plane with the first-team ahead of Thursday’s Europa League clash against Molde.
Azeez – who Football London revealed idolises Sergio Busquets – shone in Arsenal’s 2-1 win over Crawley Town in the EFL Cup trophy earlier this season.
The 18-year-old was so impressive that Football London described him as the next Bukayo Saka within their detailed analysis of the teenager’s display.
Now, it looks as if Azeez might’ve earned his Arsenal debut as a result of his fine performances for the development sides.
Here’s the highly-rated midfielder at the airport, preparing to board the Gunners’ first-team flight ahead of Thursday’s clash.

If Mikel Arteta is keen to hand Azeez his first-team debut, then the Europa League is definitely the place to do it.
However, perhaps the Spaniard should ensure that the job is done over Molde before potentially bringing the 18-year-old off the bench, given the fact that the Norwegian outfit are just three points behind Arsenal in Group B.

Having said that, Azeez has looked a level above in the development games he’s played this season, and there’s no reason why he can’t have the same impact that Saka, Joe Willock and Eddie Nketiah have had.
The Busquets idoliser has made seven appearances in Premier League 2 this season, while also playing two EFL Trophy games.
