New Leeds United investor bought out stake in club last week.
New Leeds United co-owner Andrea Radrizzani has been pictured for the first time at the club’s facilities since news of his investment was formally announced last week.
Radrizzani has bought a 50 per cent stake in the club from Massimo Cellino.
His first week in charge has been a low key one, but he is evidently getting to work behind the scenes.
The club posted photos of Radrizzani meeting players and staff at their academy Thorp Arch, where he is learning all about the fantastic work the club do to help their young players progress to the first team.
Charlie Taylor, Kalvin Phillips, Ronaldo Vieira, Alex Mowatt, Lewie Coyle and Tyler Denton are all players who have come up through the academy and featured in the first team this season.
Fans will be hoping that Radrizzani was left with a big impression and decides to invest resources and funds towards an integral part of the club.
Leeds sit fifth in the league but whichever position and division they have been in over the last decade, the one constant has been the steady and quality supply of players from the academy to the first team.
