It’s excellent to see Liverpool’s Naby Keita back in full training.

The former Red Bull Leipzig midfielder, a £52 million signing in 2018 [Echo], hasn’t kicked a ball all season due to injury.

Keita’s most recent appearance for Liverpool came during the Community Shield win over Manchester City back in July.

However, he’s been spotted in Jurgen Klopp’s warm weather training camp in Dubai, amid speculation [Calciomercato] that he could be leaving Anfield for AC Milan in January.

Speaking of midfielders, another Liverpool star stood out in the training session today too, albeit for different reasons.

That’s because Thiago Alcantara looks to have adopted a skin fade all over and shaved his head entirely.

Klopp’s side are back on the football pitch on Sunday for a friendly with Lyon in Dubai, before also facing AC Milan – the reported suitors of Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain – five days later, next Friday.

It’ll be fascinating to see if the German manager allows Keita to leave Merseyside next month.

Liverpool aren’t exactly flush with midfielders but, hanging on to Keita will ensure that he probably leaves Anfield on a free transfer this summer when his contract expires.
