Arsenal supporters haven’t seen a great deal of Marquinhos just yet.
The Gunners spent £3 million on bringing the 19-year-old to North London during the summer in what was their very first piece of transfer business.
Mikel Arteta is on record as saying that he’s been impressed by the player in Arsenal training.
However, the teenage attacker hasn’t been included in any of Arteta’s three Premier League squads so far this season.
Kevin Campbell, a former Gunners hitman, called on the Spanish manager last weekend to start naming him in matchday squads.
And that seems possible because Marquinhos is clearly part of Arteta’s plans, in some capacity.
On Monday, he was photographed at London Colney as Arteta put his Arsenal players through their paces following a brilliant weekend, culminating in a 3-0 victory at Bournemouth.
Here’s the latest images of the Brazilian dynamo.

Remember, Arsenal actually need a winger before the transfer window shuts, too.
There is talk of a ‘mystery winger’ doing the rounds on Twitter but worst case scenario, surely Marquinhos could be used.
Nicolas Pepe is looking likely to leave the Emirates Stadium outfit this summer, which will increase calls for Arteta and Edu to replace him.
But if the Arsenal manager likes what he can see from Marquinhos at London Colney it’ll be fascinating to see whether he is used in a senior capacity this season, as a replacement for Pepe.
