Understandably, Newcastle supporters were on cloud nine last night as Mike Ashley finally left the club, after 14 years of stagnation.
However, it seems the Magpies fans weren’t the only ones celebrating.
Allan Saint-Maximin decided to express his happiness through a hilariously random video of a man laughing hysterically.
Elsewhere, Paul Dummett chose to celebrate in brilliant fashion by rubbing Sunderland’s nose in it – excellent stuff.
At the training ground this morning, another player was seen celebrating in person – Jacob Murphy.
You can see a photo of the £25,000-a-week man below.
It’s safe to say he looks delighted!
Of course, it’s hard to tell if Murphy is directly celebrating because of the takeover in the photo – he may have just scored a goal.
Nevertheless, we wouldn’t be surprised if it was because of Amanda Staveley, Jamie Reuben and the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia’s arrival on Tyneside.

Ashley wasn’t just holding Newcastle back. His lack of ambition was holding back the careers of each and every player currently at the club.
For them as much as the fanbase, we’re delighted that they can now focus on their football again and have some hope back in their lives.

The entire mood around the club has been transformed, and such positivity from the fanbase can only rub off on the players.
Now, we’re just looking forward to October 17th, when St James’ Park welcomes supporters back for the first game of the post-Ashley era.
Get the cans ready – it’s sure to be a raucous atmosphere.
