Philippe Coutinho’s wife, Ainê, has posted a brilliant message on her Instagram of the duo in Aston Villa shirts.
On Tuesday evening, Coutinho officially landed in the Midlands and was unveiled to the Villa supporters all over social media.
And the next day, his wife posted this message to Villa fans: ‘And today, we woke up like this’. She added her message with the hashtag ‘Up the Villa’.
Coutinho is now training with his new teammates at Bodymoor Heath and ready to showcase to the world that he still has the magical talent in his locker.
Depending on his fitness, it will be interesting to see where Coutinho is at because many will be calling for him to start on Saturday.
Villa host Manchester United in the Premier League encounter – days after losing their FA Cup match by 1-0.
Given that Coutinho has just walked through the doors, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he doesn’t start.
But, at the very least, Steven Gerrard can use his magic from the bench and try to get revenge for that Old Trafford defeat.
The Midlands side were outstanding a number of nights ago, but simply put, they didn’t put their chances away.
However, this is a great chance for Villa to do the double over Manchester United in the Premier League.
