Hugo Lloris is Tottenham Hotspur’s first-choice goalkeeper.

The Liverpool legend suggested that Lloris has been making quite a number of costly mistakes, and although the France international is a good goalkeeper, Tottenham should look for someone better.
Thompson said about Lloris while discussing his mistakes and performances on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports Premier League this past Saturday afternoon (1:18pm, April 6, 2019): “He is still a good goalkeeper, but if you are asking me the question, I think they will have to look to replace him.”
Easier said than done
Lloris is a very good goalkeeper, and although he has made some costly errors – like the one against Liverpool – he has also made a number of world-class saves.
The France international is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League, and it is going to be extremely hard for Spurs to find a suitable replacement for the 32-year-old.

After all, Tottenham cannot just go to the likes of Manchester United or Real Madrid and sign their goalkeepers.
If Spurs want to replace Lloris, then they have to find a young and promising goalkeeper who can gradually dislodge the Frenchman from his position at White Hart Lane.
