Celtic play host to Bayern Munich in Group B of the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Phil Neville has predicted on Sky Sports’ website that Celtic will orchestrate a Champions League shock against Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.
Brendan Rodgers’ side play host to the German champions in Group B of the competition, with Celtic desperately in need of a victory if they are to stand any chance of progressing into the last 16.
Former Manchester United and England defender Neville believes Celtic will do just that by earning a 2-0 victory under the floodlights on Parkhead, mirroring the kind of giant killing that saw the Hoops beat Barcelona in November 2012.
“With Bayern Munich struggling with injuries I’m going for Celtic to produce one of those famous Celtic Park nights and get the victory,” Neville declared in his Super Six on Sky Sports’ website.
Jupp Heynckes’ Bayern are without attackers Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller, goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and Frenchman Franck Ribery, but Kingsley Coman and Javi Martinez have been included despite being doubts.
Celtic are not without their own injury problems, as Patrick Roberts suffered a hamstring injury at the weekend during Saturday’s 1-1 draw against Kilmarnock. He joins Erik Sviatchenko and Jozo Simunovic on the sidelines.
In what is a must-win tie, fans will be desperate for Neville’s unpopular prediction to become true and give the Hoops a fighting chance of knockout football after Christmas in the Champions League.
