Phil Neville wants Everton to sign Hull City’s Harry Maguire and Burnley’s Michael Keane.
Phil Neville has suggested that Everton should sign Hull City defender Harry Maguire or Burnley’s Michael Keane in the summer.
Neville was participating in a question and answer session on social media website Twitter earlier today, and an Everton fan asked for his opinion on who Ronald Koeman should sign.
Neville feels that both Maguire and Keane would be good additions for his former side, as Koeman looks to strengthen.
Everton have been linked with both Maguire and Keane in recent times.
The Daily Mail claims that the Toffees want to add three new defenders to their squad in the next transfer window.
Everton have made improvements at the back this season, but their lack of depth has been exposed in recent weeks.
Koeman was forced to start youngsters against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby, with Ramiro Funes Mori and Seamus Coleman sidelined, and he saw his side slip to a 3-1 defeat at Anfield.
Everton are currently in seventh place in the Premier League table, with their next match coming against Manchester United tomorrow.
