Everton are thought to be interested in signing Xherdan Shaqiri from Stoke City this summer.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Everton want to bring in Shaqiri, who is available for £12 million.
But Neville, who used to play at Goodison Park, seemingly is not a fan of the attacking midfielder.
Neville said: “I’m not a fan of Shaqiri. I think he was a disgrace for Stoke last season. His attitude was terrible at times.”

Shaqiri publicly complained about his Stoke teammates, but on the field he contributed more than most to attempting to keep the Potters in the Premier League.
Shaqiri was Stoke’s most likely source of goals, and Everton have reportedly been impressed by his performances.

Shaqiri’s Switzerland side were eliminated from the World Cup yesterday against Sweden, who will be England’s next opponents.
Everton have been quiet in the transfer window so far, but are expected to make additions before the new season starts, with new manager Marco Silva on the hunt for more quality.
