Tottenham Hotspur were beaten 2-1 by Manchester United in the FA Cup semi-final yesterday.

De Gea has been the best goalkeeper in England once again this season, with the Spaniard saving United on numerous occasions.
And Neville claims that if De Gea had been in Spurs’ net, Pochettino’s side would have had an even better campaign.
“If you put De Gea in the Tottenham team, maybe they’d be in second place by now. I think he’s saved United 10 or 12 points this season,” Neville said.

Neville’s comments rather highlight how poor Hugo Lloris has been in recent times for Spurs.
The French goalkeeper has been uncharacteristically error prone throughout the campaign, and he has cost Spurs points at times.
Despite Lloris’ mistakes, Tottenham still appear very likely to finish in the top four.

Spurs have built up a healthy advantage over Chelsea, and look set to finish in at least fourth place in the Premier League table this season.
Spurs were disappointed yesterday though, as De Gea’s United side beat them in the FA Cup semi final.
