Manchester United recorded their sixth league draw of the season against Everton on Sunday.
Manchester United defender Phil Jones has told MUTV the side needs to end their drawing habit by putting more wins on the board.
United recorded their sixth draw of the season at the weekend when Everton’s Leighton Baines late penalty cancelled out Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s opener in the 1-1 draw at Goodison Park.
It was Jose Mourinho’s sixth draw from their last eight Premier League games – in another game where they feel they should have taken all three points.

Jones told MUTV: “We are losing too many points now, it’s becoming a common trend, and we need to put that right quick.
“I can think of four or five games now where we have dominated but not managed to win. It’s happened again and I’m gutted.
“We are playing well, we are moving the ball well and creating chances. It was a great ball by Anthony [Martial] and Ibrahimovic did what he does best. It’s a great goal but it’s worthless in a game you draw when you should have won.”
It’s not the first time United have conceded late on when in a winning position, with the 1-1 draw against Arsenal a couple of weeks ago still fresh in the memory.

United are guilty of not taking their opportunities and finishing sides off as well as conceding crucial late goals. Ander Herrera had a wonderful opportunity to double their lead at Goodison Park only to hit the cross-bar.
Jones is right about it becoming a common trend that United need to shrug off pretty quickly. They are currently nine points off the Champions League places and they failed to take advantage on a weekend where a couple of sides ahead of them lost.
There have been signs in cup competitions that United can score goals and kill sides off, and they would hope that would soon occur in their league form. For now, it’s pretty frustrating from a Manchester United point of view not to have more points on the board.
