The Liverpool forward has been in scintillating form all season long.

Ex-Reds star Phil Babb was a guest on Sky Sports’ Premier League Daily programme this morning, and suggested that Liverpool star Mohamed Salah is worth in excess fo £100 million, after his spectacular performance against Tottenham yesterday.
The Egyptian has been magnificent for the Merseyside outfit following his £34 million switch from Roma in the summer, scoring 28 goals in 34 appearances in all competitions thus far.
Babb raved about Salah, during a guest appearance on Sky Sports’ Premier League Daily programme, labelling him as one of Europe’s hottest properties:
“It’s well over £100m now. His low centre of gravity and his ability to just waltz past players, it’s just an exceptional goal. You’re not walking past kids in a park on a Sunday, he’s going past international, elite footballers like they don’t exist. He is one of the hottest properties in world football there is no shadow of a doubt.”

Could it be argued that Salah is worth closer to £200 million, though?
The 25-year-old has taken the Premier League by storm this season with his electric pace, wonderful skill and lethal finishing.
His impact on Jürgen Klopp’s side has been such that it could be argued that he is actually priceless and indispensable to Liverpool.
Brazilian superstar Neymar set the bar in the summer of 2017, when he made his £198 million move from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain.
Since the start of the 2016/17 season, Neymar has played 71 games to Salah’s 75.

They have both scored the same amount of goals – 47, although the PSG man has racked up more assists – 43 to the Liverpool ace’s 24.
There is certainly a case to be argued that the Egyptian is equally as important to Liverpool as Neymar is to PSG, and it must be noted that Salah is playing in a more competitive league than Neymar.
It would certainly be interesting to see Liverpool’s stance if and when a bid comes in for their star man.
When it is considered that they would not sell Philippe Coutinho for a penny less than £145 million, however, it certainly isn’t an exaggeration to suggest that they would hold out for at least £200 million for Salah.
