Speaking to BT Sport, Jordan Henderson has been waxing-lyrical about Mohamed Salah after his tremendous season for Liverpool.
The Egyptian has, once again, been absolutely outstanding for the Reds this season, he’s the Premier League’s top goalscorer and also one of the top assisters in the division.
Henderson has been saying nothing but good things about Salah, claiming that he’s the best player in the world right now.
What’s been said?
Henderson had nothing but good things to say about his teammate.
“I have a good relationship with Mo down that side and he does help me because he makes everything look so easy and makes me look good,” Henderson said.
The midfielder was then asked if he thought Salah was the best player in the world right now.
“For me, yeah, but I’ll be biased, he’s been phenomenal for a number of seasons and his goals and assists. Even his general play and his workrate within the team and his leadership in the group, he’s an outstanding player and hopefully, he can keep going from strength to strength.”

Makes everything look easy
Henderson says that Salah makes everything look easy, and that is one of his best traits on a pitch.
His finishing is just second-nature at this point, and that’s exactly what you want from a forward. He doesn’t overthink everything, he knows exactly what to do in any position and 99% of the time he gets it right.
Salah is an absolute star, and as Henderson says, he’s a phenomenal footballer.
