To the surprise of absolutely nobody, Man City won again against the Bundesliga outfit, extending their run of wins to an incredible 19 games, and once again, Cancelo was at the centre of everything.
The full-back seemed to cover every single blade of grass, and as ever, he just didn’t put a foot wrong.
The Portuguese star grabbed an assist for City’s first goal, and his performance is best summed up by the fact that he had more touches of the ball than any of Monchengladbach’s players.
Cancelo has moved up a few gears this season and if we’re being honest, he’s a contender for Player of the Season after a string of incredible performances for Pep Guardiola’s side.
