Petr Cech responds to Arsenal defeat on Twitter……..and some fans slaughter him for it.

Arsenal’s Petr Cech didn’t have a good day this afternoon.
The Gunner slipped 13 points behind fourth-placed Tottenham after losing 2-1 at Brighton & Hove Albion.
Goals from Lewis Dunk and Glenn Murray sent Arsenal two goals behind within 26 minutes following a nightmare start for the visitors at The Amex Stadium.

The Czech goalkeeper was questionable for both goals and the Premier League legend took to Twitter afterwards to apologise for the errors.
Suffice to say that many fans of the North London club weren’t in a forgiving mood and plenty proceeded to slaughter the 35-year-old on social media.

That being said, a number of Arsenal supporters also praised Cech – a £10 million signing from Chelsea in 2015 – for taking responsibility.
The defeat – Arsenal’s eighth in all competitions this calendar year – was another crushing blow for under-pressure Arsene Wenger whose future is even more uncertain as a result of the latest setback.
