The defender has signed a new long-term contract with Arsenal.

Speaking to the club’s official website, Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech has backed Hector Bellerin to go far after signing a new deal with the club.
The Spanish full-back has established himself as one of the best full-backs in the league over the last two years since making his breakthrough following an injury to Mathieu Debuchy.
His performances have not gone unnoticed, with numerous links about a move to Barcelona over the last year.
He put an end to such speculation on Monday, though, signing a new improved, long-term deal with the Gunners.
Cech says they are delighted to see that happen and backs his teammate to go far if he continues his current development.
“He can compete to be one of the best right-backs in the world because he has all these abilities,” he told the club’s official website.
“If he keeps working, in the same way, he’s been working, there is still room for improvement in his game with a bit more experience and more games under his belt. He can go really far.”

It will certainly be interesting to see how Bellerin develops if he continues to impress as he has.
As Cech says he has all the attributes to become one of the world’s best and it will be up to Arsene Wenger to ensure he does so.
For now, his focus will be on helping the Gunners to mount a serious title challenge this season, with them currently fourth in the table, three points behind leaders Chelsea.
