Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Luke McGee has spent this season on loan at Peterborough United.

Peterborough United chairman Darragh MacAnthony has suggested that Tottenham Hotspur’s Luke McGee will be too expensive to bring back to the ABAX Stadium next season.
McGee has spent the current campaign on loan at Posh, and has really impressed.
The 21-year-old has become Peterborough’s number one stopper, and has coped well in his first full season of playing competitive football.
McGee is a very popular figure with Posh supporters, but it seems that he is set to return to Tottenham next term.
Chairman MacAnthony claims that McGee’s wages are too expensive for a League One club to continue to fund.
Whether Spurs will send McGee out on loan remains to be seen, as he is highly regarded at the North London club.
However, breaking through at White Hart Lane looks likely to be a tough test for the youngster.
McGee is currently behind Hugo Lloris, Michel Vorm and Pau Lopez in the pecking order at Tottenham.
McGee will start for Posh in their next match, which comes against Oldham Athletic at the weekend.
