Aston Villa are without a permanent manager at the moment.

Peter Withe has stated on social networking site Twitter that he is ready to become the new Aston Villa manager.
Villa are without a manager at the moment following the dismissal of Steve Bruce this week.
Withe played for the Villans in the 1980s and the 1990s, and the former England international striker has said that he will manage the Championship club for free.
The 67-year-old, who is without a managerial job at the moment, has managed Thailand, Indonesia and PTT Rayong.
Villa fans have responded to Withe’s message on Twitter, and below are some of the best comments:

Pushing for promotion
Villa have a good squad and have a terrific attacking unit, but the performances and the results of the Villans so far this season have not been great.
The Villans are sill very much in the running for the Championship playoffs, but they do need to start winning matches and have to put together a run of positive results in the coming weeks.
