Liverpool lost against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.

Liverpool CEO Peter Moore has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to the team’s defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Reds suffered a 4-1 loss at the hands of Tottenham away from home at the Wembley Stadium in London.
The Merseyside were expected to give Spurs a run for their money, but Jurgen Klopp’s side failed to challenge Mauricio Pochettino’s team.
Liverpool were hugely disappointing at the back, and the club’s CEO Moore has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the defeat – and so has John Aldridge, who played for the Reds in the 1980s.

Winning against Tottenham at Wembley was not going to be easy, but the Liverpool fans must have been bitterly disappointed with the way the team collapsed.
It is hard to envisage Liverpool launching a challenge for the Premier League title this season, but the Anfield outfit are very much in the race for the top four.
