Martinelli joined Arsenal from Brazilian club Ituano in the summer of 2019.
The 19-year-old forward did well last season, but he suffered a long-term knee injury in June 2020.
According to WhoScored, the Brazilian made six starts and eight substitute appearances in the Premier League for Arsenal last season, scoring three goals in the process.
The teenager also made five starts and two substitute appearances in the Europa League for Mikel Arteta’s side last campaign, scoring three goals and providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
Martinelli is now fit and available, and the Brazilian is getting back his full match fitness and starting to turn on the style.
The 19-year-old forward has made two starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League and has played once each in the FA Cup and the EFL Cup for Arsenal so far this season, according to WhoScored.
