Chelsea fans seem behind the idea of letting Fikayo Tomori join Everton.
The Telegraph claim that Everton are looking at a loan deal for the Chelsea youngster, who impressed at the start of last season.
Tomori really burst on to the scene at Stamford Bridge, but lost his place in 2020, and now seems to be struggling to get back into Frank Lampard’s immediate first-team plans.
As a result, a loan move to Everton has been pitched as a potential option.
And Chelsea fans think that the club should let Everton sign him, as it could be a great transfer for his development.
If Tomori was to move to Everton then he may just have a clear run to their first-team.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side failed to find a reliable pairing at the back last term, and it seems that signing a partner for Mason Holgate is high up on the list of priorities for the Toffees boss this summer.
If Tomori was to join Everton he would be in competition with the likes of Holgate, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina for a place, and he would surely feel confident of starting.
Tomori possess more pace than either Keane or Mina, and may just be an upgrade on either of the pair, despite his lack of experience at the top level.
