And Gunners fans agree with their manager that the best course of action would be to throw Pepe straight back into the thick of the action tomorrow in the Europa League.
If Pepe does start all eyes will be on him, as he needs to start delivering at this stage.
The Arsenal signing has had nearly 18 months at the club now, but is yet to live up to his price-tag.
Pepe has scored just three goals and claimed two assists in 13 appearances across all competitions this term.
