The 49-year-old spoke about how he cannot guarantee a win, but he can ensure his players will give 100% and leave the field with sweat on the shirt.

According to reports, Crystal Palace are huge admirers of the Burnley boss, so he could well be their choice to replace Roy Hodgson.

Parish almost hired the Ginger Mourinho – as he’s known at Turf Moor – in 2020, before Hodgson decided to stay on for another year.
