These are worrying times for Tottenham Hotspur and Harry Kane to Manchester United is suddenly being touted.
At least, touted by former Spurs hitman and Arsenal-mad pundit Darren Bent.
According to Bent, speaking to talkSPORT [27/10, 4pm], Manchester United is the ‘perfect’ club for the Tottenham marksman.
With Erling Haaland at Manchester City now, a transfer to Eastlands won’t be on the cards next summer.
And the Arsenal-supporting pundit has championed a move to Old Trafford.

He said: “Where does Harry Kane go? That City [chance has] gone. United would be perfect, they need a striker. So that makes sense.”
Harry Kane to Manchester United?
Well, the Red Devils certainly need a reliable number nine and with 10 Premier League goals this season, Kane absolutely fits the bill.
The reason why there’s talk about his long-term future again is because the England international turns 30 next summer and suddenly it’s looking unlikely again that Tottenham are going to win a trophy anytime soon.
Antonio Conte’s side are struggling in quite a big way and the Italian’s first full season in North London is proving as prosperous as some believed it would after the 2021-22 campaign.
There’s a lot of work to do at Spurs and it remains to be seen if Kane – whose contract expires in 2024 – is as committed to being part of that project now as much as he was in the summer, with trophies looking unlikely again.
