Pep Guardiola raved about the quality of Tottenham ace Harry Kane, when speaking to reporters today, labelling him as an ‘incredible striker’, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News.

Manchester City travel to north London to take on Spurs tomorrow night in the first-leg of their Champions League quarter-final clash, and whilst the Premier League champions will be favourites to progress, it is hard to split the two teams.

If Tottenham are to have any chance of making it through to the semi-finals of the competition, they will need their star man Harry Kane to be on top form.

And Guardiola is certainly wary of the threat posed by the 25-year-old England international.

The City boss offered high words of praise for Tottenham hitman Kane, when speaking to reporters today, as quoted by the Manchester Evening News:

“It’s an incredible team, Harry Kane who can deny is an incredible striker and he has everything. He is a modern striker but not just him, we know and we knew it then.”

Kane has scored 164 goals in 251 career appearances for Tottenham thus far, and he will be desperate to add to that tally against City in the Tottenham Hotspur stadium tomorrow night.
