Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are expected to be extremely active in the summer.
Pedro Caixinha has told Glasgow Rangers’ official Youtube channel that he is looking to bring strong characters to Ibrox.
Rangers are expected to make wholesale changes to their squad in the summer transfer window.
And Caixinha insists that the only players he intends to sign in the summer are those with a winning mentality.
“I can give some details… First of all we are looking for men,” Caixinha said.
“Only men can take this job. We need strong characters and strong personalities. We need a winning mentality and, of course, we need quality players.”
Rangers have a huge task on their hands, if they are able to close the gap on Celtic.
The Light Blues have been left behind by their Glasgow rivals this season and they are under pressure to improve next term.
Caixinha has already insisted that Rangers will be able to stay closer to Celtic next campaign – but to do so he wants to make a number of additions.
The Portuguese boss is said to be targeting 12 new players over the coming months (Daily Record), to make the renovations required.
Rangers are next in action at the weekend, when they take on Partick.
