Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers have brought a number of players to Ibrox in the summer transfer window so far.

Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha has suggested to The Daily Mail that he could sign more players in the summer transfer window.

The Scottish Premiership giants have been quite busy so far this summer and have signed a number of new players ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

Defender Bruno Alves, defensive midfielder Ryan Jack and forward Eduardo Herrera are among the players that manager Caixinha has recruited.

The Portuguese coach, though, has suggested that he is not done yet in the summer transfer market, and that he could still make more signings.

“I’m not going to talk about players from other clubs,” Caixinha told The Daily Mail. “It’s not my responsibility.

“But we know what we want. We’ve had our squad design since the beginning and we still have almost the entire month in front of us to do it or not. It depends on the market – but we are in the market.”

Rangers have signed basically an entire new starting lineup, and it will be interesting to see how the players gel and work together.

Caixinha’s comments about signing more players should be encouraging for the Ibrox faithful, though, as it shows that he is still looking to add more more players and reinforce his squad.

The Gers finished third in the Scottish Premiership last season and will be aiming to challenge Old Firm rivals Celtic for the league title this campaign.
