Rangers currently look set to appoint Portuguese coach Pedro Caixinha as the club’s new head coach. The Al-Garafah manager is all set to make the move to Ibrox and comes as a relative unknown to Glasgow.
But he has managed and coached some recognisable names in his time. One such player is Dame N’Doye.
The Senegalese international striker played for Panathinaikos in 2007-08, after being signed from Portuguese side Academica. His assistant manager at the Greek giants was the apparent Rangers target Caixinha.
So, should he be a target for Rangers in the summer?

The 32-year-old is currently at Trabzonspor, and spent half of last season on loan at Sunderland after struggling to settle in Turkey.
He has proven in the past that he can be a success in British football with a good spell at Hull City but he never did enough for Sunderland to offer him anything permanent.
The forward could have a big impact in the Scottish Premiership and with just one-year left on his deal in Turkey would not be an overly expensive acquisition for Rangers if they did decide to make a move for the player.
