Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are unbeaten in the four matches that Pedro Caixinha has taken charge of so far.
Pedro Caixinha has told The Scottish Sun that he has been very impressed by Jason Holt since taking charge at Glasgow Rangers.
Holt has played every minute of all four of Rangers’ matches since Caixinha took charge.
And the Portuguese boss believes that the 24-year-old is a very important player for his Ibrox side.
“I’m happy with Jason. I call him ‘Shorty’. He is a fantastic guy and you cannot measure him by his height,” Caixinha said. “Jason is a brave player.
“He’s a great guy and covers all the space in midfield.”

Holt actually started this season out of Rangers’ first-team plans, and didn’t play in any of their first five matches, but he has developed into a very important player for the Glasgow outfit.
Holt has played a key role for both Mark Warburton and Caixinha, during their times in charge at Rangers.
Holt now looks set to start in Rangers’ next match, which comes against Partick at Ibrox on Saturday.
If Rangers are able to win the contest, they could continue to close the gap on second placed Aberdeen down to four points.
