New Glasgow Rangers boss Pedro Caixinha says he wants the Ibrox side to be more aggressive under his stewardship.

Rangers have been training under Caixinha’s guidance this week of the first time, as the Portuguese prepares to take charge for the first time.

Caixinha admits that there is not too much wrong at Rangers currently, but he does want to see his team be more aggressive out of possession in the future.

Rangers’ first match under Caixinha’s stewardship comes at the weekend, when they take on Hamilton.

The Light Blues head into the game after drawing 1-1 with Celtic in the Old-Firm derby in their last outing.

Rangers are under pressure to pick up the three points, as they look to put some pressure on Aberdeen in second place.

Rangers are currently eight points behind the Dons, but Caixinha has already expressed a desire to catch the Dons.
