Q: What are your views on the board?

A: Haven’t seen enough of them to judge yet, but I hope they spend some money – we need recruits!

Q: Who is your favourite current player?

A: Gareth McAuley – absolute class professional and our leading goalscorer!

Q: Who is your favourite ever player?

A: Zoltan Gera.

Q: What has been your best memory of the club?

A: When we survived relegation on the last day under Bryan Robson. The Great Escape!

Q: What has been your most shocking moment?

A: When Pepe Mel left. I was disappointed as I really liked him and thought he’d do well if given time. But a number of the fans didn’t think much of him and that’s all it takes.

Q: Which ground is your favourite away day?

A: Villa Park (Aston Villa).

Q: Who do you feel has been the club’s best and worst summer signing?

A: Best I would have to say Chadli. Very good technical player. Don’t have a worst one.

Q: Who is your one player to watch out for this season?

A: Johnathan Leko – exciting when he plays.

Q: Is there a particular youth player that excites you, and why?

A: Leko, as I said before. Could be big for us in the future.

Q: Where do you think the club will look to strengthen in the summer?

A: Plenty of new recruits I think. A new winger, centre-half, striker and central midfielder.

Q: Finally, what are your aims for this season, and where do you think your club will finish?

A: Keeping pushing for the Europa League!
