Leeds United made a big statement by hiring Marcelo Bielsa this summer.

Paul Warne has joked to Rotherham United’s official website that Leeds United head coach Marcelo Bielsa is intimidated by him and his achievements in football.
In-form Leeds host the Millers at Elland Road this afternoon as Bielsa’s side go in search of a fourth successive victory in all competitions.
The Whites have scored seven goals in their first two Championship outings under the 63-year-old and it’s looking like a very promising start under the tutelage of such a renowned coach.
Bielsa has previously managed Lazio, Athletic Bilbao and Argentina’s national team, prior to moving to West Yorkshire back in June.
In contrast, Rotherham are the only club that Warne has worked with in his two-year managerial career thus far, and the 45-year-old has joked that tomorrow’s Yorkshire derby is a much bigger deal for his opposite number than him.
He said: “It’s very strange. Obviously he’s hugely intimidated by my managerial prowess. It’s a bigger game for him than me obviously.
“It’s just the strangest thing. That’s the joy of football. The pyramid system. Anybody can do anything.”
Another comprehensive win over the newly-promoted Millers and Leeds fans will really start to dream, even though they shouldn’t.
It’s far too early to begin thinking about promotion to the Premier League, even if the signs are hugely promising. Then again, few can blame them.
