Paul Scholes has said on PremierLeague.com that Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford looked “dangerous” against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
The former Manchester United midfielder was impressed by Rashford’s performance against Arsenal, but he was disappointed with the rest of the attacking players in Erik ten Hag’s team.
The £200,000-a-week (Manchester Evening News) England international forward scored in the 17th minute.
It was a wonderful strike.
Manchester United legend Scholes believes that other players in the Red Devils’ attacking unit were not a goal threat.
Arsenal won the match in the end.
Paul Scholes on Marcus Rashford for Manchester United v Arsenal
Scholes said: “The difference between the teams was a goal threat – Rashford looked dangerous for United but there wasn’t really much from anyone else. Arsenal, with Saka, Martinelli, Nketiah and Odegaard, I thought they always had a goal in them.”

Title challenge
In our view, Arsenal’s win against Manchester United showed that they mean business, and that the Gunners could end up winning the Premier League title this season.
As for the Red Devils, it is hard to see them close the gap on the Gunners now.
Mikel Arteta’s side are at the top of the Premier League table at the moment with 50 points from 19 matches.
Defending champions Manchester City are second with 45 points from 20 games.
Newcastle United are third with 39 points from 20 matches, level on points with fourth-placed Manchester United.
We think that Erik ten Hag’s side’s chances of winning the league title this season are now over.
