Leeds United take on Reading in a crucial Championship encounter on Tuesday night.

Paul Robinson has admitted that he ‘fears’ for Leeds United if they go up to the Premier League with the team they have got and play in the manner in which they do.
The former England goalkeeper also praised Marcelo Bielsa for ‘finding a way’ with his players because his previous managerial record states his teams have normally ‘faded’ in the final few months of the season.
During their last Championship fixture, Leeds beat promotion-chasers Bristol City 1-0 away from home to maintain their place in the automatic places.
Speaking to Football Centre on Sky Sports News (11/03/2019 at 12:40 pm), Robinson shared his honest thoughts on his former club, on going up to the Premier League and their much-liked manager.
“They are finding ways to win,” Robinson told the Football Centre. “Before Christmas, they went on a great run, seven games winning.
“But since the turn of the year, they had a real indifferent run of form and people were questioning the manager’s decision for taking such a small squad saying ‘was he working his players too hard’.

“If you look at his record at other clubs, his teams have generally faded at the last two to three months of the season and they have dropped away. But he is finding a way with Leeds. The players seem to like him.
“I fear for them if they went up to the Premier League with the team they have got, how they play, but they keep finding ways.”
At the end of last month, Leeds suffered a costly defeat at out-of-form QPR which started to raise questions that they may be slipping away.
However, they bounced back in emphatic fashion by thumping fourth-placed West Brom 4-0 and then backing that up with three points at Ashton Gate.
Now, they will be looking to continue that run when they make the trip to London to take on relegation-threatened Reading as maximum points will see them leapfrog Norwich because they don’t play until Wednesday night.
Striker Patrick Bamford will be looking to continue his goalscoring run for the club because his form in front of goal could be crucial to Bielsa’s side finishing in the top-two or finishing in the play-offs.
