Jordan Pickford started in between the sticks for Everton as they beat Cardiff in the Premier League on Tuesday night.

Paul Robinson has claimed that Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford ‘hasn’t been at the top of his game’ since his error against Liverpool in December.
The 24-year-old, who has been a key member in between the sticks for the Toffees, failed to deal with Virgil van Dijk’s non-threatening volley as his effort hit the crossbar and was bundled home by substitute Divock Origi to help his team win the game in stoppage-time.
In the following months, he has looked nervy now and again as he will be looking to redeem himself when Jurgen Klopp’s side visit Goodison Park at the weekend.
Nonetheless, former Premier League shot-stopper, Robinson offered his thoughts on Pickford and how that Liverpool error has proven to be problematic for him.
“He hasn’t been at the top of his game [since his error against Liverpool],” Robinson told beINSPORTS. “I suspect he will still play for England because he has performed very well for his country and it’s his jersey to lose.
“But I don’t think he is at the top of his game, at this moment. It doesn’t help when you are playing in a side that is struggling as well.”

Pickford started in goal for Marco Silva’s side as they secured a comfortable 3-0 win at relegation-threatened Cardiff City on Tuesday night.
Gylfi Sigurdsson, who used to play for Swansea City, netted a brace in Wales, with Dominic Calvin-Lewin scoring the other goal in stoppage-time.
But for England international Pickford, he will be glad that he kept a morale-boosting clean sheet ahead of the visit of the Premier League leaders on Sunday.
Three points for Silva’s side will heavily dent their Merseyside neighbours chances of lifting the league title in May, with current champions, Manchester City hot on their coattails.
