Leeds United played out a 1-1 draw with Nottingham Forest at Elland Road in the Championship on Saturday.

The match between Leeds United and Nottingham Forest at Elland Road on Saturday evening was quite interesting and entertaining, and there were a number of talking points.
One of those was Kemar Roofe’s goal in the 82nd minute of the Championship game at Elland Road.
It was the equaliser for Leeds, and it was quite a controversial one, with the striker seemingly scoring with his arm.
The 25-year-old, who can also operate as a winger, appeared to divert Mateusz Klich’s cross in with his forearm at the far post.
Forest players protested against the decision of the match officials, but the goal stood and the game ended in a 1-1 draw.

Former Leeds goalkeeper Paul Robinson has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Roofe’s goal, while England international cricketer Stuart Broad, who is a Forest fan, has mocked the Leeds star – who joined the West Yorkshire outfit from Oxford United in the summer of 2015 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £3 million.
The result on Saturday evening means that Leeds are now second in the Championship table, while Forest are currently seventh in the league standings.
