The former Rangers winger signed for Ross County earlier this week, seven years after leaving Ibrox.

Paul Quinn says every Premiership bar one would have wanted to sign ex-Glasgow Rangers winger Chris Burke, reports ESPN.
The 32-year-old joined Ross County earlier this week, linking up with former Cardiff City teammate Quinn.
The Dingwall side currently sixth in the Premiership, above Mark Warburton’s Rangers on goal difference.
And Quinn, who arrived from last season’s runners-up Aberdeen in January, believes Burke’s capture is a sign of the Staggies’ progress in recent years.
“I can probably imagine every other club in the league bar one would probably have wanted Chris Burke,” Quinn said, as quoted by ESPN.

“It just shows the statement of intent from the chairman and the manager that that’s the players we are looking to try and attract, that’s the way we are heading.”
Burke left Rangers in 2009, having risen through the Ibrox club’s youth ranks, and returns to his homeland via spells at Birmingham City, Nottingham Forest and Rotherham United (loan), post-Cardiff.

The former Scotland international was a free agent for almost three months following his release by Forest in June, which suggests some exaggeration on Quinn’s part.
Nevertheless, Burke’s capture is certainly a coup for Ross County, whose first venture into the top tier of Scottish football came just four years ago.
Since then, Jim McIntyre’s side have twice finished inside the top six, and were League Cup winners last season.
