Paul Pogba is on the verge of returning to Manchester United – in a world record deal.
French newspaper L’Equipe report the Red Devils have agreed a fee with Juventus in excess of £100 million for the midfielder.
Yet a later report from reliable Italian journalist Gianluca di Marzio reports there are two small obstacles in negotiations which need to be overcome.

He also reports that Manchester United are close to sealing an agreement, and that at a meeting this week with Juventus and his agent Mino Raiola, Pogba expressed his desire to leave the Turin giants to return to Old Trafford.
It is claimed that one of the issues holding up the transfer, is negotiations over just how much of a fee Raiola will make from pushing through a deal.

He is set to make a seven-figure sum, and Juventus want to make sure they receive all of the fee they accept from United, preferring the Red Devils pay Raiola directly.
The second obstacle is that Juventus want a clause included for a bonus if Pogba renews his contract at any point within the next five years.
The good news for United is while these are issues which need to be thrashed out, they should be easily smoothed over, and are unlikely to scupper a deal of this magnitude at this advanced stage.
