Tottenham suffered a surprise 2-1 loss at the hands of Southampton away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium in the Premier League.
Spurs took the lead in the 26th minute through England international striker Harry Kane, but the home team launched a comeback in the second half.
Yan Valery restored parity for Southampton in the 76th minute, and James Ward-Prowse scored the winner in the 81st minute.
Former Tottenham central defender Miller has admitted his disappointed at the final result and the performance on Twitter.

The defeat to Southampton means that Tottenham are now third in the Premier League table with 61 points from 30 matches.
Manchester United are only three points behind Spurs with a game in hand, while Arsenal and Chelsea are also in the hunt for a top-four place.
Spurs’ disappointing run of form in the Premier League is worrying in regard to them featuring in the Champions League next season.
