Tottenham are still playing at the Wembley Stadium in London, as reconstruction on White Hart Lane is going on.

There is no official announcement when the stadium will be ready, although Spurs will play at Wembley until the end of the year.

As reported on BBC Sport, Tottenham’s new White Hart Lane – which can accommodate 62,000 spectators – was supposed to open on September 15, but there were safety concerns.

According to Football.London, there will be a familiarisation event at the stadium on December 16.

Former Tottenham central defender Miller, who played for the North London outfit in the 1970s and 1980s, has stated on Twitter that White Hart Lane will be ready by March 2019.

Exciting update

Tottenham fans must be disappointed that work is still going on at White Hart Lane, but Miller’s comments will be encouraging for them.

After all, it would be great for the Spurs supporters to end the season on a high at their new ground.
