Christian Eriksen’s future at Tottenham Hotspur is reportedly wrapped up in uncertainty.

With just one more year left on his contract at Tottenham, there are doubts on the future of Eriksen.
According to Sky Sports, Manchester United wanted to sign the Denmark international attacking midfielder when the summer transfer window in England was open.
The report has also claimed of talks between Spurs and Real Madrid over the transfer of the 27-year-old.
Former Arsenal star Merson believes that if Eriksen is not at Spurs beyond this month, then Mauricio Pochettino’s side will not finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.
Merson told Sky Sports about Eriksen: “I’d go as far as to say that if he went before the transfer window shuts, I’d be surprised if they got into the top four.”
The former Arsenal star added: “I think he’ll stay at Spurs But he’ll have a contract sorted out in January to leave on a free next year.”

Tottenham Hotspur stay
Eriksen is one of the best and most creative midfielders in Europe, and the Dane is a key figure in the current Tottenham team.
It would be better for Spurs if they keep the former Ajax star at the club this season and then lose him on a free transfer next summer than selling him this month.
