Leicester City and Wolverhampton Wanderers are seventh and eighth respectively in the Premier League table at the moment.

The former Arsenal attacking midfielder believes that both Leicester and Wolves struggle to break down teams who sit back and defend deep.
Merson said about Leicester on the Gillette Soccer Saturday show on Sky Sports Football on Saturday afternoon (12:05pm, April 13, 2019): “When a team goes and sits back 10 behind the ball, then you have got to find the way to beat them.
“And that’s the problem with Wolves as well. We have seen that Wolves this season, and I think that’s what they have to work on next season.”

Worrying observation
Both Leicester and Wolves are attack-minded teams, and the Foxes and the Wanderers are very good going forward.
However, the two teams do tend to struggle when the opposition sit back and soak up the pressure.
Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers and Wolves boss Nuno will have to figure out a way when teams allow them to attack and do not come at them.
Leicester are seventh in the Premier League table at the moment with 47 points from 34 matches, level on points with Wolves, who are currently eighth the standings.
Both the Foxes and Wolves are aiming to finish seventh, and perhaps next season, the two clubs will be challenging for a top-six finish in the Premier League.
