Wolverhampton Wanderers will face Arsenal in the Premier League this weekend.

Merson made the comments about Wolves ahead of the Wanderers’ Premier League match against Arsenal away from home at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Sunday afternoon.
Nuno’s side will head into the match against the Gunners on the back of a 3-2 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at the Molineux Stadium in the league.
Wolves had lost their previous two leagues games against Brighton and Hove Albion and Watford.
Merson wrote about Wolves on Skysports.com: “Wolves made a game of things against Spurs but only once the game was over, the shackles came off and they played.
“They have started to concede more which is worrying from a Wolves perspective – they started the season not scoring a lot but they didn’t concede either.
“Now it’s looking like Wolves have got to score two goals to win a football match whereas it was one before. That’s a big ask, especially when you’ve got to go to an unbeaten Arsenal side.”

Defensive issues
Wolves are conceding more goals than they should at the moment, and given that the Wanderers are not scoring enough, it should be a concern.
There is no doubt that the Wanderers have a lot of quality in their midfield, but they need to tighten up at the back.
Arsenal are in great form at the moment, and playing at home will give Unai Emery’s side a big advantage against Wolves.
