West Ham United play host to Manchester City at the London Stadium tomorrow.

Paul Merson delivered his verdict on West Ham’s chance of beating Manchester City tomorrow, when speaking exclusively to Sky Sports, and predicted that Marko Arnautovic will cause Pep Guardiola’s men problems.
He did suggest that the Premier League champions will be too strong for the Hammers, however.
Arnautovic is widely regarded as West Ham’s most important player, and when he’s on form, Manuel Pellegrini’s side are usually a real handful.
The Austrian joined the Hammers from Stoke City in the summer of 2017, and he has firmly established himself as a real fan favourite amongst the London Stadium faithful.
Merson backed the 29-year-old to cause City problems tomorrow, when speaking exclusively to Sky Sports, but insisted that the visitors will have too much for Pellegrini’s side:

“I think West Ham will score as Marko Arnautovic will cause problems against City’s centre halves, no doubt about that, but that is about all I can give them if I’m being honest.”
City are arguably Europe’s best team at the moment, so West Ham will have to be on top form, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of toppling the champions, and Arnautovic himself will certainly have to be at his brilliant best.
